Quickest Recovery

At the end of the month, our customer’s Volkswagen Golf was stolen off their drive at 1:40a.m. Luckily, the Golf was protected by one of our S5 devices which immediately alerted our Secure Control Centre that the car was being driven without its Driver Detection card. Our Stolen Vehicle Recovery team immediately contacted the customer who confirmed the vehicle was stolen. Our Repatriations Team were deployed and within just 18 minutes they were at the location with the Golf.

Most expensive vehicle recovered – Lamborghini Urus

When one of our finance company clients reported their Lamborghini Urus had been stolen, our Secure Control Centre team weren’t expecting to see the data was showing the Urus heading towards Morocco. Thankfully, our Repatriations Team has contacts worldwide and were able to stop the Urus at the border. The vehicle could then be recovered, putting the ‘Global’ in Global Telemetrics.

Where and how are vehicles stolen?

Hertfordshire was our top location in June for vehicles to be stolen, with London and West Midlands following closely behind. 82% of all vehicles were stolen at it’s home address and 62% of vehicles were stolen without their keys.
