Our simple-to-use Driver Recognition system, is either a slim credit-card sized detection system designed to fit into most purses and wallets or for those who don’t carry purses or wallets we have our Driver Detection Tag.

The card is fully rechargeable via its supplied USB charger and will last up to 3 months on a single charge depending on vehicle usage. Our tags operate via replaceable battery, which can be changed by the user.

You can check the battery status of the card and tag through the GTE Track app. The driver recognition system is prominently used alongside our Thatcham S5 devices including our No tag, No Start immobilisation system. With vehicle theft on the rise through relay theft and key programming these provide an easy solution to help protect your vehicle.

Immobilisation automatically activates when the ignition is switched off and stops the vehicle from starting. The vehicle will only start if a Driver Detection card or tag is within the vehicle and switched on.
