Release & Waiver

In consideration of my being permitted to travel in a vehicle provided by or on behalf Global Telemetrics Limited or Horsepower Racing (UK) Limited (the Car) at the venue specified below, I hereby confirm that I assume all risks of loss, damage and injury including death that may be sustained whilst travelling in the Car. Accordingly, when travelling in the Car, I hereby agree with Global Telemetrics or Horsepower Racing (UK) Limited (together the “Company”) for itself and as trustee for its associated companies, representatives, employees, officers, servants, suppliers, contractors and agents including any person driving the Car (together the “Released Parties”) that I hereby irrevocably release and will hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties from and against all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs and expenses in respect of my death or injury or any loss or damage to my person or property (including any vehicle) howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with my travelling in the Car.

The provisions contained herein shall be binding upon me, my heirs, next of kin, beneficiaries and executors, administrators or other personal representatives. The provisions contained herein shall not operate so as to exclude any liability arising out of the fraud of the Released Parties or any liability for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of the Released Parties.

The terms of this document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

On Track

I am voluntarily exposing myself to the risk of death or personal injury and I accept such risk. I am fit to be a passenger and not suffering from any medical condition or disability which would make it unsafe for me to take part in the event.

I always undertake to accept full responsibility to look after myself and those around me whilst participating in the event.

I declare that I will not participate in any event activity whilst under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating drugs (prescribed or otherwise) that would cause me to be impaired.

I will immediately inform the Company representative should my circumstances change.
